Townhome was beautiful! Very clean, easy beach access, comfy rooms. My only very mild complaint was that there was only two rolls of toilet paper for 10 people being in the house, and the coffee maker was listed as a Keurig but it’s a nespresso so the coffee pods we purchased could not be used. Otherwise, it was beautiful, cozy, great location, super clean.

This townhome is, without a doubt, one of our all-time favorite vacation rentals. The townhome is beautifully furnished and very clean. The location is superb; easy access to the beach and located within walking distance of good restaurants. In our opinion, nothing is lacking. Our experience could not have been better! My family and I come to Destin every year and this rental out did the ones we have visited. Plenty of room for the whole family. The pictures are exactly what you get. It was a beautiful rental and the 3rd bedroom was a PLUS. The only thing that I would recommend patio furniture for the ground level patio. Walk out onto the beach was the best part of it all.

Great location. Private beach. Hope to return. Clean. When rented was told we could park 3 cars by the reality company. While traveling there reality company told us could only park 2 cars per HO A 3rd car would be towed. Paid $140 to park 3rd car somewhere else. An actual owner of a townhouse there said that was false the HOA had no such rule and we could have parked our 3rd car there As long as we were OK with blocking someone in.

Location location location! Having chairs set up every day at the beach huge perk! Restaurants directly across the street. if you’re traveling with teenagers who might wanna go off on their own there are reasonably priced shops within walking distance. The condo itself was nicely decorated plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was fabulous and well-stocked to make any meal. Property managers were super responsive to any opportunities or issues that may arise . Highly recommend this location!

We do faced few small issues though: - Had to call 2 out of 3 days for beach chairs - Randomly on our second day of stay the door was painted without notifying us which resulted in paint ending up on our clothes and skin - There were only two trash bags provided for the property which is minimum 4 night stay

I grew up in and live in Florida and went to the beach as often as I could but in spite of that my wife and I are not "beach people". We knew however that any 5 year old is and decided to take our daughter for her first beach stay. We couldn’t have picked a nicer more private location. We loved having our "own place" and now consider it so. The Quiet Surf II #3 is now our “beach home” and we intend to go back for our next beach stay. Everything was clean, in working order, comfortable and beautiful. Deck is perfect, we ate nearly every meal outside. Went to sleep listening to the surf every night. Shopping was convenient. The electronic self-check-in was easy and efficient.

We loved our stay. The location to restaurants and grabbing a snow cone was great. Lots of places to walk, beach and neighborhoods. The townhouse was very clean. It is an older home but kept up very well. The very best thing is walking off your deck onto your private path to the beach. Also the beach service was excellent! When it got too hot, we could perch ourselves on the covered deck and still be part of the beach. I will never stay in a condo/high rise again. Another awesome point, we have stayed in numerous condos, cabins and town homes and this kitchen was the most stocked ever. Had more items than most all we've ever stayed in. If I had any negative, a bigger fridge would have suited us. :-) One bonus and heartfelt positive...the management company left my daughter a graduation gift to acknowledge her achievements since she didn't get to have her high school graduation. It was a very nice surprise.

We loved being able to sit on the porch and listen to the waves. It was nice that there is a sun porch and a shaded porch since we had a young baby with us. The view was amazing! Only complaint is that the condo wasn't throughly cleaned before we arrived. It looked like there was pet hair on the sofa and coffee grounds still in the coffee maker (who knows how long it was there).

This was a really nice rental. Great view, kitchen was stocked well, plenty of room for a family of 5. Other pro’s- it had a good supply of sand toys. The kitchen has a good amount of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Lots of books for adults and maybe teens (I saw a John Grisham but didn’t pay much else attention. Con’s- it’s super crowded. Really crowded. Everyone was very nice but if you are looking for a quiet getaway this is not it. Kids were yelling and playing outside until 1-2 am every night. Other items- the dryer needs work. It took about 1 1/2 hrs to dry a load. No salt and pepper- I felt like something this expensive should have had some basics like that. My husband and I thought the beds very poor. The pullout in the master was so bad my 2 year old refused to sleep on it because the coils were painful. She was much happier on a pallet on the floor. There were no toys/games for children other than sand toys. Again, I felt like something this expensive should have had a checkers game or just some blocks or something for kids. There was an apples to apples game but it’s for older kids. Overall nice place. When the water was calm is was pretty clear. We came from Texas but I don’t think Destin was worth the extra 2 hrs. Next time we’ll probably stop in Gulf Shores.

This townhouse is right on the beach! No need to lug all your belonging all over the place. Only complaint is that the view to the beach from the patio was blocked by a sand dune, and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Neither would have been much of a problem if the weather hadn't been so cold that we had to spend most of our time indoors. Otherwise we would've been at the beach all day since it was right there! We will definitely be staying here again! Hopefully the weather will be warmer next time.

We loved our rental! Being just steps from the beach was absolutely perfect. The only problem that we encountered was on our last full day when people staying across Scenic 98 set their canopy/fishing/huge family gathering up in front of our spot. We explained that the area was for Quiet Surf renters/owners only, and they moved to an area in front of another Quiet Surf unit. Maybe need to clarify to Emerald Shores about this policy. Another great stay at Quiet Surf II unit 3! This is our third time to stay at this wonderful location. It's close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and any shopping you may want to do. Has all the amenities our family of 4 needs. Perfect location right on the gulf. No packing up beach items and hauling them across the street, etc. which is relaxing for us with two small children! We didn't need it this time, but last time we discovered a baby gate in the closet and it saved us from constantly keeping our youngest off the stairs! Clean and comfortable just like our previous stays. Kitchen is stocked. Plenty of linens. Full size washer and dryer. The TV's have been upgraded and they are larger since our last stay. We absolutely LOVE Quiet Surf!! 5 stars!!!

Thanks for a great week in Destin... From the check-in to the prompt support we needed, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic and the size of the unit was perfect for us. Here are a few things that could make the unit/our stay even better next time (which we will defintely be doing):
-We had a small ant issue that was quickly resolved with spray
-A pipe under the unit had a leak which was promptly fixed
-Hardwood/Laminate floors on the main level would be an improvment considering all of the moisture/sand that can be brought in from the beach.
-Gas grill would be slightly more convenient
-Decking was a bit worn
Otherwise, we VERY much enjoyed the stay, the unit, the beach and the quite...Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay at Quiet Surf II no 3. The townhouse is very well situated and on a fairly quiet and clean section of beach considering we went in the height of summer time (turtle season starting). The townhouse comes with everything you might need including cable and high speed internet throughout the property. The only gripe (reason for dropping one star) was that the aircon in the main room was not filtering through so they had a temporary mobile fan installed in the room, which forced us to keep other rooms too cold to compensate. It's not a modern townhome, but we didn't expect this, it is really all about location, location, location and it delivered this in spades. The ability to go for a walk on the beach and have a swim and then walk a few yard back home for a quick snooze whenever you wanted is really what sets this place apart. We made some good friends and made some wonderful memories, which was made possible by Newman-Daily and Quite Surf II #3.

The exterior of the property is in poor shape. Mold on the siding and doors. The upstairs balcony ( which has a great view of the ocean ) needs some work. The balcony rails are in disrepair and needs to be painted. The parking lot in front of the structure is gravel and not paved.
The interior is in good working order but has shag carpeting. Bathrooms have been updated and HVAC works well.
The view of the ocean is spectacular.
You should show a view of the front and rear of the townhouse so your customers are aware of the condition of the building and parking lot prior to arriving at the unit.

This was such a great place. It's actually bigger and more spacious than the pictures look. Our chairs and umbrella were out with our name on them and we never had to lift a finger. Very clean and lots of extra cookware and clean towels. We got here after hours and it was still effortless to check in. Will definitely come back.

A great unit!!! We were so excited to be able to wake up, open the door, & hear the waves! The unit was clean & quiet; didn't hear the neighbors at all! Walking down a few steps & directly onto the white powdery sand made our vacation one of a kind! The couches/chairs were in good condition but not super comfortable. There are restaurants literally across the street & a short walk away! Not to mention all of the great shopping that is only about 5-10 minutes away! Newman- Dailey made this trip totally effortless & stress free. We will absolutely be using them again!

This is our second stay here in this unit. The beach access was the selling point for us--quick access, easy to take a break and go inside for a couple of hours and still be able to see our umbrellas and things (towels) that we left while we had lunch. Easy access to shopping/groceries. Now with a new Whole Foods within 5 minutes. Beach service was superb. We bought extra set ups in addition to the complimentary set up. Great experience; will be back again! This picture was taken from the upstairs balcony with no zoom. Those three umbrellas clustered together were ours. That's how close we were! Beach was busy but not crowded. Unit is quiet; didn't hear anything out of either set of neighbors!

Another perfect vacation at Quiet Surf. We were pleasantly suprised to find the unique "grass paper" had been removed and the home was freshly painted. We enjoyed the upgraded granite bathrooms. We have always loved Quiet Surf 3 but even more so now. It is beautiful, large amount of space and of course location is everything and Quiet Surf provides it all!! Can't wait to come back next year.

This was our first experience with renting a beach condo & we will definately do this again. The team at Newman-Dailey were great to work with & we have no complaints. It was my husband & I & my elderly mom on the trip & we each had our own bedrooms/bath & then got to share the downstairs living area,kitchen & dining room. The beach was awesome as were the back decks. Grilling steaks on the deck while seeing the beach & the water was unbelievable! There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance or you can drive a couple of blocks & hit the main drag that has just about everything you'd want to go to. We are so glad we listened to our friends who recommended the condo route vs hotel rooms.

Interior is nice, few things could be spruced up but for the money we spent, location and size of the property, we would never complain, the positive far surpassed any negative!! This was definitely not a bad place to stay. It was very comfortable and right on the beach. Beach chair service was provided which was extrememly nice. At one point we had some visitors and it comfortably slept 7. It says it will sleep 9, and it will, just not a lot of privacy with that many people. It was great to let my children run onto the beach as I could watch them from the deck. The weather could have been better but that doesn't have anything to do with this rental. Having 3 kids ages 6, 9, and 13 it was a little too busy for us with young college kids. It was Spring Break so we kind of expected that. But on the same hand my kids had tons of kids to play with. All in all it was a great place to stay. One little annoyance that cannot be helped was the door in the master bedroom is very difficult to open.

Our unit was directly on the beach - we loved sleeping to the real sounds of fine powdered sand welcoming ocean waves to the shore. The unit was in OK shape - some light bulbs were burnt out and there was some rust on the porch closet door hinges which was hard to open for beach items. It was very nice to have our umbrella and 2 chairs set up and taken down for us each day. It was close to the Destin Commons outdoor mall (about a 5 minute drive). The restaurants within walking distance were outstanding - Captain Dave's right next door and Pompano Joe's about 1/2 mile down the beach line. We would definitely recommend staying here again.
We were also able to enjoy other areas like Rosemary Beach and Seaside - both within a short 30 minute drive.

Just to let you know how pleased we were with Quiet Surf II-3. We stayed from 10/9-10/15. The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. Being directly on the gulf was definitely a plus. Our vacation was everything that we had hoped it would be. Thank you.

Very good time in 2 couples. Everythign was working. Right on the beach. Nice patio for barbacue at sun set. Walking distance to 2 restaurants. Capet floor would be the only thing I would change. At least on the fisrt floor.

What more could you ask for, great beach, clean and well furnished town home. We just love it there, wish we could come every year. We have been to this location twice now. It was four years ago that we last came and it is so fun to see the kids 4 years older in Destin playing and enjoying the wonderful weather, clean white beach and ocean.

Nice Beachfront Townhome

We loved the place when we first arrived. And overall the stay was lovely. But this is the second time renting from Newman-Dailey, and it will probably be our last. The first time we rented from Newman, the a/c kept going out. This time the refrigerater didn't work. They responded promptly each time, but I'm hesitant to rent from them again because of the problems.

Laura was courteous and helpful w/getting someone to make wifi avail.
Musty smell in condo and refrig when we arrived. Carpet was dirty and master bath needs work above shower. Shower-door tracks weren't clean. Rattan dresser had to be removed from closet in order to have closet space, and a too-large chair had to be put in hallway to make space for the rattan chest of drawers. Of course, the view and location were great. The other 2 condos in Quiet Surf that I have stayed in were nicer, and I have reserved one for Sprg 2013. I did have 2 sinks and lots of mirrors in the master bath.

Check-in was extremely easy. The staff at Newman-Dailey were well organized and made the check-in a smooth and quick process. We were extremely pleased with the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The stackable washer/dryer was a nice perk. The only complaint we might have was that the master bath's shower was not very clean. Everything else was clean and comfortable. We loved that the beach was right outside the backdoor. Loved the sun and beach. The balcony was covered so you could still enjoy the ocean and beach while taking a break from the sun. The umbrella and 2 beach chairs were great for sitting and enjoying the ocean. Saw dolphins swimming by everyday. Look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

We love staying here. The unit had almost everything you needed. Plenty of books and board games for those rare rainy days. there were a few things that could be fixed. Ie the closets were full of stuff so it was hard to store our clothes, also the showerdoor needs some help but none of that made our stay any less wonderful. Thanks for opening your home to us!!!

We love this location and Destin. We were happy we didn't see any oil and thankful, but unfortunately we had a tent in front of our place everyday W/ workers W/ their bright vest sitting around everyday. It was disturbing to not be able to sit outside W/O all of them in our space basically for almost 2 weeks.

We stayed at the Quiet Surf for our 20th Anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it! The townhome was decorated very nice and everything was so clean. Also, with the sand and ocean as our backyard we are definetly spoiled and will be staying here again!

Great Stay On the Beach

This is a nice 2 bedroom condo that is literally right on the beach. If you have a large group that wants to be together, yet still have some privacy, there are several 2 bedroom condos that share decks on the back.
My only complaint is that the beach bar was not close enough to walk to from our condo. It's a short drive, but would prefer to be able to walk it. There is a restaurant next door, and one across the street, but they are not very popular.
It's a good deal, especially during the off season.

Wonderful Beach Front Home

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation getaway! We loved the beach front location and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. In fact, we had enough room that another family could have easily stayed with us. The price was reasonable too. Restaurants and stores were near by and we didn't have to go far to find what we needed. We definitely plan on coming back next year and want to stay at this property again.
