The ambience and enchantment of stunning gulf views and the comfort of a well-loved home all come together as the best of both worlds in Mediterranea 506B. This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath fifth floor condo accommodates 8 and is sure to check off your vacation must-have list.

From the moment you walk through the door and see the well-appointed open living area complete with a full unobstructed beach view, you will feel like you have arrived in a sophisticated yet comfortable paradise. The soothing neutrals and blues in the Living area are the perfect complement to the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well equipped for the chef in your group with granite counters, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinets. The dining area is simple and elegant and is large enough for your entire group.

The Primary bedroom features its own private balcony, a King size and full ensuite including a double vanity, stand up shower and a soaker tub. The guest bedroom also has a balcony and conveniently sleeps four with two double beds.

Mediterranea’s distinctive architecture, it’s upscale resort sized pool area and lush grounds and of course it’s easy access and views of the Gulf of Mexico have made it a crowd favorite for years. We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Our unit was top notch. Everything clean and working condition. We have stayed in several other units and we are always impressed with the luxury and home feel. Only thing that would help is to maybe offer a cooler or couple of other beach chairs that you can sit in the water with. Check in was easy and check out a breeze. We love it at the Mediterranea.
