The Primary bath and the Guest bath both feature 'handicap friendly' open showers with wider than normal openings for easy in and out access. Not to mention the soothing ambiance of the two bedrooms themselves.

Perfect for families or friends, Mediterranea 306B offers a private boardwalk to the beach, a resort style pool and hot tub, plus a fitness center. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
