Located on the ground floor with convenient access to the community pool, Mediterranea 212D is tastefully decorated featuring tile floors in the common areas, 9-foot ceilings, marble bathroom vanities and a relaxing garden tub with a separate stand-up shower in the primary bathroom. This well-appointed condo features a spacious common area for gathering, and when it’s time to retire, there is a King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the guest room plus a bonus sleeper sofa in the family room.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Amazing location, the property is very easy to get around, not being a high rise is a huge plus. The beach service was great having a cabana reserved every day was awesome. The gulf water in this area is stunning to see, clear blue/green color similar to the islands! The pool and grounds are immaculately kept, and the units are spacious and beds very comfortable. Our only wish would be that our units decor was outdated and the coffee maker was very old:)

212 D was a clean unit with comfortable furniture (even a recliner) and a couch in the second bedroom that made it a cozy place for reading or watching TV. There were games, puzzles and books. It was handy to be on the main level and walk directly out to the lawn and pool area.
