Mainsail Townhome #6 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey.

Located in a private gated community, this townhome is just a few steps from the tennis courts and between the two community pools; one seasonally heated and one with a hot tub and kiddie pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available during the Spring to Fall beach seasons. The lovely Mainsail community also has a game room, a fitness center, shuffleboard courts and a basketball court. Enjoy a family barbecue with the grilling area or simply soak up the sun on the pool decks.

This great community is in the perfect location at the East end of Scenic Highway 98, just across from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Close to an array of great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, fishing charters, bike rentals and many other family-friendly activities, Mainsail Townhomes is the perfect place to spend your next vacation in Miramar Beach. All vehicles must be registered with the onsite security please be sure to provide this information prior to your arrival.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

We loved our stay at Mainsail townhome 6. The community setup is so neat. Kids were able to play in the grassy area, and I could easily watch them from the back deck. The townhome had all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare meals. Communication from the resort management company was awesome! We had an issue with the wifi and they got right back to us! We will definitely come back to Destin!

Plenty of sleeping. Newman Dailey was extremely responsive to contact while at the property. One small problem arose and they sprang into action to correct. This problem was not their fault but they stepped up to the plate to hit it out of the park. Would I recommend staying with a Newman Dailey managed property? Short answer is YES! Would I stay at Mainsail again? Probably. Getting in and out of the property is a little tough because of the amount of traffic the week we were visiting coupled with the road construction going on, it closed half the lanes. But it was doable so. Beach was nice. Covered parking at unit. Also covered parking garage just a very short walk away for extra vehicles. Only downside to the unit was the dryer doesn’t dry very well. Had to run the clothes thru two to three times. Unit was very clean. Super quiet, gated community that’s very well taken care of. Furniture is in good condition. Plenty of pot and pans, even a crock pot so that you can cook while enjoying the beach that’s a short walk away. Pool area is well kept. We enjoyed swimming in both the gulf and the pool as Hurricane Delta way way in the middle of the gulf was making the waves a little too big for our grandson. So thankful that a pool was available to still enjoy the day.
