Hidden Dunes Villa 12 Professinally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Relax and enjoy your vacation in this updated, light and airy vacation rental. You will love the seren screened-in porch with comfortable chairs to enjoy the outdoors with a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen features new appliances to cover your cooking needs including oven, stovetop, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and more. The dining room table provides the perfect setting for gathering together and sharing a meal. The modular living room furniture provides a comfortable place to gather together for a movie or a sports event on TV.

Three bedrooms give your traveling party space to relax apart after long days spent enjoying the beach, pool, or tennis facilities. The Primary Bedrooms boasts a soaking tub and a steam shower. The second bedroom shares the hallway full-size bathroom and the third bedroom enjoys and ensuite bathroom.

The pool is a short walk from the covered parking or from your porch. The beach access is also easily accessible by a short walk. In June and July, take advantage of the golf cart shuttle run by the security team.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The property had everything we needed. Lots of room. The bedrooms were great for our family. So close to the beach and the pool. Had large pool. We would definitely stay here again. Our family enjoyed the stay.

The Absolute Best!

Four hours before we arrived at Miramar beach, the property managers of the unit we had rented, (not Newman-Dailey) advised us the unit has been sold in July and we no longer could stay there.....long story.....but quickly we searched for another place....and found another unit in Hidden Dunes...we were driving in...so using the internet. Within five minutes of our reserving the Villa in Hidden Dunes the Property Owners, (Newman Dailey) called and talked us through everything we needed to know.....it was so wonderful to have the help and service as we had really had a rough time with the original rental people. We arrived and easily got into the unit....it was grand....much nicer than the original....and much less expensive....my wife and I have rented many places over the past 15 years...I bet at least 50....and this place marvelous...just the best...and the Newman Dailey folks so kind and helpful....nothing but accolades for them...they are truly customer oriented. And the daily free use of beach chairs and an umbrella in a private beach setting...fabulous....just fabulous.....easy drive to a number of parks for walking trails...great restaurants within a 10 minute drive...upscale and outlet shopping close by....plenty of golf...various prices....just a wonderful experience from start to finish at Hidden Dunes...and applause for Newman Daily. We are returning next year.
