This cute 2nd floor unit has 2 bedrooms plus a loft bedroom, 2 baths, and even a screened in porch. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated with new cabinetry and countertops and the entire unit is designed to inspire peace and tranquility. Relax on the spacious screened porch that overlooks the natural surroundings and winding reflecting pools and fountains. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its sugar white sand and emerald water is just a short walk away and there are two pools with hot tubs and 6 clay tennis courts. Hidden Dunes is nestled in a natural wooded setting that is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The property is gated with 24-hour security. 2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Loved our stay at the cottages of Hidden Dunes. It was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the screen in porch. It felt like we were in an adult treehouse and that is a positive. I didn't rate it 5 stars because we found that housekeeping could have been a tad better, dust on dressers and in guest bath. But could be due to no one using those rooms. Otherwise it was fantastic and I would recommend.
