Upon entering Crystal Village 28A you will find a welcoming and open floor plan. The living area offers comfortable seating for all with a large screen TV and a private patio overlooking the courtyard and pool area. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, admire the beautiful Destin sunset or watch the kids playing in the grassy courtyard.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, appliances, and everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or the additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The primary king suite offers a large screen TV and a private bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The guest room provides a queen bed with a large TV and a desk. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo off the common area. This ground floor Destin/Miramar Beach vacation rental condo is also equipped with a washer/dryer and sleeps a total of 6. * Need extra space and privacy - inquire about 27A which is located directly across the way.
Start your day off with a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy fresh Gulf seafood at Pompano Joe's for lunch or dinner right on the Gulf! Go shopping at one of the open air shopping centers like Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons. Spend a day at Big Kahuna's Water Park, Destin's HarborWalk Village, Baytowne's Village Wharf, and more!

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
