If your idea of the perfect beach vacation includes views of the Gulf and breathtaking sunsets from your own private balcony, then Blue Surf 23 is the place for you! Blue Surf has been a family favorite for years! And Blue Surf 23 is one of the most sought after vacation rentals on the property!

You’ll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, and a centrally located pool for hours of family fun. And 2 private parking spaces provide the convenience of being right beside your door…with the sand and surf just steps away!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is equipped with all the comforts of home…plus a great unobstructed view of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony. Blue Surf 23 never lets you forget that you are at the beach! Every inch of the condo itself is decorated with a tropical, beachy feel…. right down to a full-wall mural in the dining room where you absolutely feel like you’re sitting on the beach and watching the dolphins play!

When it’s time to venture out, you’ll find restaurants within walking distance and Golf, world class shopping and numerous family activities just a short drive away.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Perfect vacation. Loved our accommodations, pristine beaches, and service provided by Newnan-Dailey. Very easy to make reservations, check in and out and all their attention to details and follow up. We’ve stayed at Blue Surf many times. Unit 23 is beautifully decorated, comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed. We always request this unit !!! Thanks to everyone involved - we couldn’t have asked for better service.

You can not beat this location! This unit is just a few steps from the beach and swimming pool. Parking is no issue and very accessible. Fully stocked kitchen but you need to bring your own spices if you plan on cooking.
