This was our 3rd stay in Miramar Beach but first time renting a condo vs a house. Reviews weren’t lying, far bigger than we anticipated! I visited with my 5 kids and felt we had plenty of room! The nice and close to the elevator - there’s plenty of carts to help bring up luggage there! We rented bikes and the bike rack was also in the covered garage! Gorgeous views as shown - spent each morning on the balcony with my book at cofeee - so comfy and relaxing! Pool is heated until April so even on cooler March nights my kids could swim- and they did! Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds - even the pullout! Loved that bunk nook had their own full bath too! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the condo but do wish they had a larger table so could have friends over to play cards. Also would be nice to have extra chair for company to sit. A high top table would be nice on the deck The shower head should be a hand held as is so high to reach to adjust. These are a few suggestions to make the unit more accommodating as it is a nice unit b

Condo was very nice and cozy. It was clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. It has a great view of the pool and you can see the ocean from the room as well. I was there with 4 people total. More than enough room for 4. Six would definitely fit comfortably as well. I will be going back and renting this condo again.

We had the best time at this condo! We have been coming to Destin for years and this condo is the perfect size with a large kitchen and living room area. Thankful the beach is a very short walk! It matters when you’ve got chairs, coolers, and a beach bag! The pool was much nicer than some of the other resorts we have stayed at before. There’s a kids area and an adult area. Although, there wasn’t many people in the pool area, we never felt crowded! We will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a great time last week on our vacation at the Beach Resort in Miramar Beach / Destin, FL last week. We booked our vacation through VRBO and Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. Myself, my wife, our 2 daughters (ages 5 and 1) and my friend stayed at the Beach Resort Unit 306 for a last minute vacation during my daughter's spring break from kindergarten. We were very pleased with the way Newman-Dailey helped our vacation go seamlessly. Stacy (with Newman-Daily) helped us arrange a pack-and-play rental to be delivered to our unit that was there when we arrived. My family flew into VPS, and my friend drove down to meet us. We had to book our trip about 10 days prior due to airfare credit expiring from a previous cancelled vacation last year due to COVID. Our flight options were very limited, so we had to arrive in Destin at 9:30AM. We called and checked if we could get in early since we had so much luggage and 2 car seats (for our little ones), as we had planned on just hanging out at Kenny D's (a great restaurant just 2 doors down from the condo) until we could check in at 4:00. Luckily the unit we rented was not occupied the day before we checked in, and Stacy was able to get a rush on the cleaning service and get us in at 11:30AM. I know this is not probably usually the case, but we were super grateful to be able to unload all off our luggage and start our vacation. We stayed Monday-Friday 3/14 - 3/18, so the weather was in the 60's and 70's... a little chilly, but what do you expect for early March. We were able to have a great time in the heated upper pool and hot tub. The lower pool more geared towards the kids was not heated, but my oldest daughter an I got in anyways for just a bit to play with the water spouts and the mushroom waterfall. You need a key to get in the gate for the pool area, and we lost ours on day 3 of our trip. I called Newman-Dailey, and we were able to swing by their office for a replacement key no problem. The condo was very spacious and clean, and it had all the kitchen items we needed. The maintenance person was cleaning the pool every day, and the hot tub was even drained and refilled during closed hours once during our trip. It was a great location, near restaurants, shopping, and activities. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, even for our little ones. We will definitely be back again for another beach trip! Great summer vacation! From the moment we checked in to check out, it was a smooth and easy process. The condo was clean and nice with a great view of the pool and beach. The access to the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Private beach access was nice. The guys that came to set up our umbrella and chairs were so nice. Beach Resort 306 was the perfect fit for our family (2 adults/ 2 kids). The condo was spacious, fully stocked, and clean! We liked being close to the beach, and the large pool area was never crowded. Everyone we met there has been staying there year after year. The beach chairs are a great bonus, and we used a couple of the activity discounts while there.

We loved our stay at Beach Resort! The condo was very clean and more spacious than expected. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The resort was the perfect size! Parking was easy. The pool is gorgeous! Easy access to the beach (literally steps away). We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing time. Your condo is beautiful and was just what we needed. Loved our welcome gift! Kids enjoyed the beach in walking distance and the heated pool and hot tub. We loved not having to carry chairs and umbrella there but have them available already set up. We had a great experience staying here for spring break. The condo was bigger than we expected, comfortable, clean and fairly quiet. The balcony is a sweet place to read a book or view a glimpse of the Gulf. I highly recommend staying here. The people at Newman-Dailey were very helpful and friendly.
